Teacher plans
Free teacher accounts include standard teaching tools and one student total in one Open Classroom, without Pro features. Teachers can be added or register without purchasing a plan.
Teacher Pro 10: USD $9.99 per month, up to 10 students per class, all Pro features, and 5,000 Xtra AI credits each month.
Teacher Pro 20: USD $19.99 per month, up to 20 students per class, all Pro features, and 10,000 Xtra AI credits each month. Institutions contact support for a custom rate and setup.
Teachers authorized by the platform administrator for complimentary Pro testing retain their testing access. Students pay nothing for class access or assigned lessons and content. Teachers grant student access free of charge; only teachers pay for the platform.
AI service credit
SupaAI credits are units used for AI processing and support inside Xtra Classes. They are not cash, transferable money, or credit in an external AI provider account. Unused balances carry forward; additional credit purchases do not expire. An active teacher plan is required to use Pro AI tools.
The following Xtra service rates are measured in AI credits and include processing and support. One million tokens is the unit used to measure model input or output; individual requests normally use a fraction of that amount.

SupaAI Images generates one medium-quality, 1024 × 1024 image from text. Review the maximum credit estimate before generating; actual text input and image output usage is charged at the rates above, with the approved service margin included. Failed or unsaved images are not charged. The estimate is a ceiling, not a fixed image price.
For example, a standard request with 5,000 uncached input tokens and 2,000 output tokens uses 68 AI credits. This is an illustration, not a promise that every document costs that amount.
Choose a maximum number of credits per AI processing request in your teacher account. Requests above that limit are blocked before generation. Actual measured usage is deducted up to the reserved estimate; unused reserved credit is released. Failed provider requests are not charged. A document workflow can make several processing requests. Refunds or payment reversals can remove the corresponding credited amount, including credit already spent.
Advanced maths — GPT-6 Astra
Per million tokens: 20,000 AI credits for ordinary input, 2,000 for cached input, 25,000 for cache writes, and 100,000 for output. Cache writes replace the ordinary input charge for those tokens. The maximum estimate allows for cache writes across the full input; unused reserved credit is released and failed requests are not charged.
Your teacher plan
Teacher Pro provides Deep Analysis, multiple-document analysis, and AI written-quiz preparation for the signed-in teacher account, subject to the existing age, school, and privacy restrictions. It does not grant platform administration or access to another institution. AI processing that requires additional provider or guardian approval remains unavailable until those requirements are met.
Your account's plan applies across the Xtra Classes website and mobile apps. Student access to assigned learning materials is not a separate teacher subscription.
Price, renewal, and cancellation
The checkout or app store displays the price, currency, subscription period, and applicable taxes before you confirm. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel through the provider where you purchased: Apple, Google Play, or the website billing portal. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends; refunds, reversals, and payment failures can change access according to the provider's verified subscription status.
A plan does not transfer billing between providers. Check your existing subscription before starting another. Use Restore purchases in the app if your store purchase is not reflected in your account.
Changing plans
Change your plan through the provider where you subscribed. The confirmation screen shows when the change starts, the amount due, and your next renewal date. App upgrades take effect after store verification; app downgrades start at renewal. Existing students are retained if a lower plan leaves a class above its limit, but further additions are blocked.
A full-price monthly payment includes the plan’s 5,000 or 10,000 AI credits. Partial-period charges and refunds adjust the associated credit proportionally. A plan change does not grant a second full allowance for the same payment. Unused, non-refunded credit carries forward. Credit adjustments may take longer when the provider has not supplied complete payment details. The associated credits may be temporarily unavailable while those details are verified; your account shows the pending amount.
