Delete Account

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to the Creator Library app if you still have access to your account.
2. Go to the Account section and use the Delete my data option.
3. If you cannot access the app, email support@claudiusengland.com from the email address linked to your account and request account deletion.
4. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before deleting account data.

What data is deleted

• Account profile information associated with your Creator Library account.
• Saved favorites and account-level preferences tied to your user record.
• Active access tied to the deleted account.

What data may be retained

Some limited records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

• Transaction, billing, tax, or payment status records that must be retained for accounting or legal compliance.
• Licensing and download records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or verify past entitlements.
• Security logs or abuse-prevention records retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Deletion timing

After a deletion request is verified, account data is reviewed and removed or anonymized as appropriate. Timing may vary depending on account status, active purchases, support history, or legal retention requirements.
